| Welcome Aboard! On 8/1, Joe Moran of Springfield, VA became Rowan County's newest District Executive! He is a recent graduate from George Mason University in Fairfax, VA and is excited to start working for the Boy Scouts. He started his scouting career in Charleston, SC, his hometown and earned his Arrow of Light award. In 1999, he moved to Springfield, VA with his family and there he earned his Eagle award and was granted membership into the Order of the Arrow (Lodge 470). He is very excited to start working and help Rowan District and its volunteers in any way that he can. Welcome, Joe! |
