Despite this evolution, one constant remains: The values that have been instilled in over 100 million youth for the past 98 years. Commissioners service will continue to provide the quality assurance necessary for our growing programs. Trained commissioners are the key to the quality program that will instill core values in millions more youth in the future. Registration must be in the council office by January 13, 2010. The fee is $17 per person. This fee includes lunch, patch, certificate and materials. After January 13 the fee is $22.
