Brothers In Scouting
Come along for an exciting summer at day camp.  We will be working on lots of scout skills during the week.  
Activities include BB's, Archery, Sports, Crafts, Science and Scout Skills.  All scouts will have the opportunity to
pass off several achievements and rank advancements and earn some belt loops.

Fees: $55.00 per Cub Scout (includes a T-shirt and patch).  The full fee is due with each registration form.  
Discounts are offered for parents who volunteer.

Deadline:  Registration deadline is June 2, 2008.  Late registration is on a space available basis and must be
approved by the camp director.  First come - first served, so register early.  Registrations received after the
deadline are subject to a late fee of $10.00.

Registration:  All registered Tiger Cubs, Cub Scouts, and Webelos Scouts are eligible to attend.  Youth must
be currently or become registered with the BSA in Central NC Council.  The cost to register a new Cub is $6.00.
On Monday, June 16, from 5:30pm - 6:30pm, there will be a T-shirt pick-up and parent camp
orientation at Nazareth Children's Home.

Uniform:  The camp T-shirt is provided on the first day of camp.  This t-shirt, shorts, and tennis shoes should be
worn daily.  No flip flops or sandals.

Adult Volunteers:  Our camp is staffed with volunteers.  Each pack is required to send leaders.  There should
be 1 adult for every 1 - 5 scouts.  No experience is needed, training will be provided.  If you can serve as a
volunteer, please complete the Adult Registration information and return it with your cub's form.  If you are
interested in helping out please notify the Program Director and Administrator at rowandaycamp@hotmail.com
as well as mailing in your application to Council.  Mandatory Day Camp Training will be on May 31, 2008 from
10:00 am - 2:00 pm at Grace Lutheran Church, Salisbury, NC.  Please notify when you email what your area of
expertise is and if you are Youth Protection Trained.  

Lunch:  Everyone should bring a bag lunch which does not need refrigeration.  Kool-Aid will be provided.

Drop-Off & Pick-Up:  Camp Starts each day at 8:00 am.  Cubs may be dropped off after 7:30 am.  Camp ends
at 5:00 pm and all Cubs must be picked up no later than 5:30 pm.

Kiddie Camp:  Adult volunteers who have other children may bring them along on the days they work and enroll
them into Kiddie Camp or as a Teen Helper.  There is no charge for these programs.  All children must be toilet
trained.
