CUB SCOUT SNEAK IN WEEKEND
July 12 - 13, 2008
Camp John J. Barnhardt
For all those parents and Cub Scouts looking for something to do this coming July, Central N. C. Council
is proud to announce the third annual
Cub and Parent SNEAK IN WEEKEND!!

This weekend event will be held on Saturday, July 12th through Sunday, July 13th, 2008. This event
promises to be fun-filled for the whole family with activities ranging from water sports to crafts.  This
weekend promises to also be easy for you patents as well.  There will not be any reason to bring all your
camping gear because this weekend is in the heart of our annual Boy Scout Summer Camp.  All you will
need to bring to Camp Barnhardt is your pillow, sleeping bag and a bag lunch for Saturday.
Two meals will be provided, Saturday dinner and Sunday breakfast.

Cost for this event is $25.00 per pair - Scout and Parent ($30.00 after June 30 deadline).  $12.00 per
additional Cub Scout or parent.
This event is only open to registered Cub Scouts and their
parent/guardian.
Please do not register additional family members since they are
not covered by BSA insurance plan.
Note:  To participate in boating and/or swimming,
please note the following:
A Parent/Guardian must be able to swim
and sign a Hold/Harness release.
This is required -
NO EXCEPTIONS!
NO WALK-INS WILL BE ACCEPTED IF WEEKEND IS FULL!  Please contact Ellen Whitley
at the council office at 704-982-0141 ext 227 after the deadline if you have not
pre-registered to check availability and if you have any questions.
Fees are transferable to other Cubs but not refundable.
